30 days. Free. No drama.

If a product doesn't earn its place in your bag, return it free within 30 days. Unopened, no questions, no restocking fees.

The simple version

  • 30 days from the day your order arrives.
  • Free returns via pre-paid Royal Mail label — no postage fees on you.
  • Unopened products only — for hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can't be resold.
  • Refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 working days of the return arriving back at the studio.
If something we made doesn't earn its place in your bag, return it. That's the whole deal.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@saiabeauty.com with your order number and which products you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within one working day with a free pre-paid Royal Mail label.
  3. Print it, attach it to the parcel, drop it at any Royal Mail post office or collection point.
  4. We'll refund within 5 working days of the parcel arriving back at the studio.

What if I've used the product?

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can't be returned for resale. But — if you've had a genuine reaction, a quality issue, or anything off about the product, please email hello@saiabeauty.com with photos and your order number. We'll always make it right, even outside the 30-day window. That's a promise.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong item?

Email us within 14 days of arrival with photos — we'll replace it free, no return needed for the damaged item.

International returns

For international orders, returns are accepted on the same terms (30 days, unopened) but the return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Once the product arrives back at the studio, we'll refund the product cost in full to your original payment method.
