The brief was small.
I'm Lilas. I'm 34, mum of two, an entrepreneur, and a Londoner. My mornings have about four minutes of mirror time before someone needs breakfast or a meeting starts.
I didn't set out to build a beauty brand. I set out to solve my own bag.
For years I was hunting for beauty that wasn't a compromise: quality without the £45 price tag, polish without the hype, products built around the actual life of a woman with somewhere to be. I found drugstore stuff that washed me out. I found luxury stuff that was 80% packaging and 20% product. Most of all, I found I was tired of being sold to.
I wanted to make women feel seen, not sold to. That's the whole brief.
Five products. That's the whole line.
Brow gel. Mascara. Lip liner. Tint. Glaze. The morning routine of a woman with somewhere to be — edited down to its honest minimum.
We don't do drops. We don't do trends. We don't make a single shade for influencers and a separate one for everyone else. Every product was tested by a small group of women aged 28–55 — friends, mums from the school run, women I met at parties. If something didn't earn its place in their bag, it didn't ship.

No animal-derived ingredients across any formula. Never tested on animals — anywhere in our supply chain.

Out of every formula: synthetic fragrance, parabens, sulfates, drying alcohols. Just what your skin actually needs.
Why "no drama"?
Because the rest of the industry is loud. Drops every Tuesday, neon-pink TikTok ads, ten-step routines, mystery boxes, scarcity bars counting down on every product page. Women I know — friends, my sister, the mum I share a school pickup with — are tired.
SAIA is the antidote. No countdown timers. No "X people are viewing this." No fake stock urgency. No press logos we can't back up. Just a product, a price, a 30-day return window if it doesn't earn its place — and a quiet note from me every other Sunday if you want one.
