Products
Yes — every formula is fragrance-free (no synthetic or natural fragrance), free from parabens, sulfates, and drying alcohols. They're formulated to be tolerated by sensitive skin and eyes, including contact-lens wearers.
If you have a known allergy, please check the full ingredient list on each product page before buying.
For Tint and Glaze, our universally-flattering daily wear is Glow (a soft your-lips-but-better). Blush is the everyday MLBB. Crimson is for nights and dinners.

Refills are coming in 2026. Our launch packaging is recyclable, but we're not ready to claim "refillable" yet because we want the refill system to actually work, not just look good in a press release.
The PAO (period after opening) symbol on each pack tells you how many months: 12M for the lip products, 6M for mascara. We recommend replacing mascara every 4–6 months for hygiene.
Ingredients
Yes — every product across the SAIA line is vegan. No beeswax, no carmine, no lanolin, no animal-derived ingredients of any kind.
Yes. We don't test on animals, and neither do our suppliers — anywhere in our supply chain. We don't sell into any market that requires animal testing.
Every product page has a full INCI ingredient list under the "Ingredients" tab. The pack itself also lists the full INCI list. We never omit, never bury — what's on the box is what's in the formula.

Free over £40. Standard tracked under £40 is £3.99.
UK orders ship next working day, then arrive in 2–4 business days via Royal Mail Tracked. International rates and times are calculated at checkout.
Yes — to Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia. Customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility outside the UK; rates are shown at checkout.
Yes — every UK order includes Royal Mail tracking. You'll get a dispatch email with the tracking link as soon as it leaves the studio.

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can't be returned for resale. If you've had a genuine reaction or quality issue, email hello@saiabeauty.com with photos and your order number — we'll always make it right.
Email hello@saiabeauty.com with your order number and which products you'd like to return. We'll send a free pre-paid Royal Mail label by reply.

No — guest checkout is fine. Creating an account just means faster reorders and you can track everything in one place.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us within an hour of ordering and we'll update or cancel it. Once it's shipped, you'll need to wait for it to arrive and start a return.
